- Shipment delay due to Covid19
We are closely monitoring the situation; precautionary measures & safety protocols are of utmost priority. There are chances shipments may get delayed by 3 to 5 days due to the extensive checks at airports & additional checkpoints at our facilities; which is for your own good. Currently we are delivering within US and also to UK, Canada, New Zealand & Australia. For all other locations, we will update as shipment resumes.
- Faulty Item Received
If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it by writing to email@example.com along with your order number. We will send you a free re-shipment. You don't have to send it back to us :) All we'd need would be a picture of the faulty item with clear reference.
- Not delivered on time
We totally understand that it's highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don't like waiting. All our orders are usually delivered from our US location. At times, based on demand and fast moving designs, we may route to fulfill orders from our factories in alternate locations. We usually ship the order from our factory within 2 days of receiving it. Depending on the destination, it may take 5 to 18 business days for the shipping companies to reach you. US: 5 days; Europe: 5-7 days; Canada: 7-10 days; Australia & New Zealand: 10-12 days; All other locations: 12-18 days (Note: Currently owing to covid-19, extended timelines are updated on product pages).
We'd really appreciate if you wait for your order a few more days. We'll always be there to assist you and let you know on the status. You'll have the tracking details as well to keep a check on the status.
It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order once it leaves from our factory. So once it leaves our factory, it will reach you :)

- Wrong size received
If you've received the wrong size, please check the order you placed with us. We've seen in most of the cases that the wrong size is usually what's selected by our customers while placing the order. In such cases, please contact support so we can guide you with further process.
If you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, we'll be more than happy to send you a free re-shipment :) Just let us know with a picture of it and we will get that done for you.
- I ordered by mistake/ I'm no longer interested
Orders can't be cancelled after 24 hours of placing them. We usually ship within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Will you have more designs, styles and products often?
Yes, we will be releasing more styles and products weekly! Be sure to follow us, enroll for our newsletters and follow us on social media; enable notifications for sales and new arrivals!
- Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do ship Worldwide!
- How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, takes around 2 days to process and ready your order, followed by 4-7 days shipping period. In total, it can take anywhere from 5-10 days to receive your items. Shipment times vary per order, please bear with us. Don't hesitate to email us if you have any questions regarding your shipment.
- May I get a tracking number?
Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (2-3 days). Email: email@example.com with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at the earliest convenience. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number.
- Where can I track my order?
Orders can be tracked here by entering the right order details and email address.
- Will you email me when my order is shipped out?Yes! You will get a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is dispatched.
- How can I pay?
We currently accept both PayPal and credit card payments! You do not need a PayPal account to pay.
- What happens if I type in the wrong address?
If you provide us with a wrong address and if the shipment has not been sent out, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org & we will change it to the correct address. However, if it has been sent out already, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders!
- Taxes & Duties:
We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
