Track Your Order

 

When your order ships out, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from support@shopsster.com with your tracking number included in it.

 

Once the product is ordered, it heads for printing & processing which takes around 2 business days and then heads out for shipping and delivery. So, e-mail could take 3-4 business days to reach you. Once you receive the email, follow the steps below to check delivery status.

STEP 1: Enter the tracking number.

STEP 2: Click on "Track".

 

 

Things to Keep in Mind:

(i) Orders numbers do not get instantly updated with the delivery status. If your tracking number shows up as currently unavailable, do not be alarmed. Your order has been shipped out and is in-transit to the local post office. Tracking will be updated shortly.

 

(ii) Depending on the destination, orders may take "7 to 21 business days" to be delivered. US: 5-7 days; Europe: 9-14 days; Canada: 12-15 days; Australia & New Zealand: 12-15 days; All Other Locations based on where you call home, please allow 14-21 days.
